What's the Story, Morning Glory?
Married on a dare, Alla Pearl Frost (Red) and Robert Sion Reed (Navy) kept their marriage a secret for over a year.
Due to the war, they were not able to be together for more than a stolen day or two over a three year period.
These love letters chronicle their early relationship, their entrance and adventures in the military, their hopes, fears, struggles and desperate longing for each other and a family life together.
